The Things You Take for Granted, Someone Else Is Praying For

I love this saying, and we all know that we never appreciate what we have until it's gone. You think the grass is always greener on the other side. But we must realize that you can't have a testimony unless you have a test. How do you know how far you can actually go until you are tested?

Yes, so many people are like this out there. They have no concept of what is right in front of them.
They are constantly looking at what others have..."Oh look, they have the bigger house, I want that,"

"Oh, I am sick of my man,
I know there's someone better out there, I want a new one, "

"Oh, look at her, she has all those expensive shoes and bags, must be nice, I want that, why can't that be me?"

Oh, yes, so many people are so envious and jealous of what others have that they have no idea how truly blessed they are. They will throw it all away to search after that "pot of gold" at the end of the rainbow, not realizing that the gold they were seeking was already right under their noses or that all that you realize that it isn't gold at all.

Yes, that big house may be beautiful, but there is a wife who cries herself to sleep in there every night. There is no love. It is just a house and not a home.

That woman with expensive bags and shoes can't sleep at night because bill collectors are calling her every day. She has an empty soul that she is constantly trying to fill with "things"
She looks good on the outside but is a mess on the inside.

That man that you no longer "love" well someone else will appreciate his worth and see what a great man he is. They see what you have taken for granted for so many years. It is not until then that you realize what you used to have, and now you want it back, but it is too late. You have destroyed it by seeking something "better"

There will never be anything better, you will never be satisfied, you will constantly keep searching for the next "best thing" to make you happy. Just like social media, how many “likes” will be enough? And what happens when the likes stop? Then what?

The fact is that you will never find it because you are incomplete. You keep searching because your soul is empty and you are broken. This pattern will never end until you fix yourself until you realize that you have to be happy within. You see, all of that, will never make you happy until you are fixed, until you realize that the problem isn't having the house or bags, it's about what's missing inside of yourself.

You will continue to go on hurting people because they moved on because they changed and grew.
You will never realize that it is you... you that are blocking your own blessings.

You will continue to blame everyone and never take responsibility for your actions. You will never admit your wrongdoing, and in that, you will never learn the lessons that you need to grow and change. You will be stuck in your unsatisfied life, always wanting more, always seeking the next big thing.
You will never be satisfied, because if you can't be happy or grateful for what you have now, what makes you think you'll be grateful for something else?

So today, my friends, remember to appreciate everything you have in your life. Take the time to be grateful for even the smallest things because trust and believe that the thing you're not grateful for is the very thing someone else is praying for.
