Broken people 

Broken people who refuse to admit they are broken will stay stuck.

Stuck in anger 

Stuck in blame

Stuck in pettiness 

Stuck in trying to break other people.

I say it all the time, you need to admit you have a problem in order to fix it. You can not fix them. They will only break you if you try. We've all heard the saying hurt people, hurt people, it's true. This is what they know, only how to react from the hurt. To lash out from the pain they are feeling. Sometimes, it's a way to feel better about themselves, to hurt others, to bring them to the painful place that they are at.

It's the same thing that happens with alcoholics or drug addicts. You can't fix them. They must admit they have a problem and want the help. They will drag you down with them, and they will hurt you and disappoint you until they are ready to change on their own. 

Many people like being broken. They want to continue to blame others. They may like the attention, or maybe they can't admit or own what they did. They thrive in drama like I wrote about this week. Many people don't want to change. It is a comfortable place for them. 

So today, my friends, my message is broken people will break you. We all need to own our own shit. We need to stand up and say I am broken and I need help. Like I say at the end of every blog, only you can be the change you want to see, but first, you must admit your issues. You must admit you are broken.
