When you have been friends forever...

I am blessed to still be friends with almost everyone from high school and every month a bunch of us meet up. We all grew up in a small town in upstate New York and everyone knew everyone so maybe that is how we kept this bond for so many years . After high school we all went our separate ways and we went through lots of things... Marriages,children,divorces ,multiply divorces,drug problems,alcohol problems,domestic abuse you name it one of has been there,done that! But by the power of Facebook we found out that we all migrated to Florida (can we all say snow sucks!) and we got back together funny thing is we are all from different graduating classes ,different "high school groups" ( you remember the "groups" nerds,geeks,cool,sports,shrugged,Ect) yet we all still like each other that small town produced some really great people! And I am blessed that we found our way back together. I wonder how many other people still keep on contact with their High school friends? There is nothing like having someone that knows all about you and still likes you!!
