Going through...

We are all going through something at one time in our lives or another. The storms come at us fast and hard and we can't seem to understand why.

See the pain in life is impossible to go around, the only way to deal with pain is to go through it...

Your pain teaches you who you are, it teaches you, your strength, it teaches you resilience. You need to go through it to come out better, stronger and wiser.

My favorite bible verse is Romans 8.28
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who are called according to his purpose"

Yet we asked how in the world could all I go through all of this bad stuff and it work for my good?
But you have to trust God, he knows the plans he has for you...
What seems like a problem becomes a blessing, if you look for the lessons.

I've learned that rejection is a protection, sometimes what you think is for you, isn't. Sometimes God will close a door that is not for you because you keep trying to go through it. You can't see what is waiting for you, but he knows what he has for you.

Rejection may cause you to be depressed, you want it now, you wonder why this is happening, you think you've been through enough pain.
You question when? What you could have done different? Why isn't it your time yet? Yes, we all do this.
Stop looking in your past, start looking at your future,  God will turn it around for your good, if you believe.

Here are 2 important
lessons I've learned:
1-You will never go to the next level still holding on to your last level...

2-Silence the voice of your past because it will talk you out of your future.

Let me tell you one thing I've learned through this journey, I am human, I constantly ask God for signs, I ask why and when and I get tired of fighting all these battles.

But here's the thing, if you are fearful of the future, you will be stuck in the past and I've learned if you ain't scared you ain't doing it right.

Yes, it's scary, it's the unknown, your jumping out without a safety net but if you have faith, if you believe, God will be your parachute, he will catch you when you fall.

I've learned that you need a dream that only God can do, a dream so big that you can't possibly see it happening, that you can't wrap your head around but know that nothing is impossible for God.

You maybe be in an impossibly situation now but God knows what he has for you.

A leaders job is to see the future... He is our leader but he has called everyone of us to be a leader of your own destiny. We must not fear, we must do what are are called to do, according to his purpose.

I know some of you, like me were drowning but God pulled out and let you breathe again.
You had the wind knocked out of you, you've been stepped on, knocked down and beaten up again and again but you have to believe that God will pull you out.

He will turn it around for you, if you were in the back, he will turn you around and put you in the front.

You need to obey his commands, to hear and listen to what he says.
"Chaos maybe going on around you but if you hear me, I will take you out"

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, what you speak to yourself is what you are putting out there.

Everything will be alright if you say it will alright...
No dream is too big...
Nothing is impossible...
I will overcome....
Speak it over your life, speak it everyday, speak it until you see it, feel it and believe it.

If you complain about everything, ask yourself a question what do you want? If you are sick do you complain? What do you want? To be well...speak it, I want to be well.

If you are poor...speak it I am rich.

If you are single....speak it I will have a husband.

I speak it all the time over my life, I write it, I tell people, it's on my vision board, I believe it with every fiber of my being...

I am rich.
I am a New York Times best selling author.
I am on the women of faith tour.
I am a international blogger.
I am on Oprahs super soul Sunday.
Tlyer Perry will produce my movie.
I will have a man God has for me.
I will have a house on the intercoastal.
I will have a cabin in the mountains on a lake.

Put it out there, dream big, even when it seems impossible, dream anyways.
Even when you are going through it...remember his words Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

"Be the change you want to see"
