God spoke to me and no I'm not crazy

Hi all, this week while I'm on vacation I will be running the best of Treadmill Treats... hope you enjoy...

Recently I have become serious about my writing, and have been writing at least a chapter a day.I also started taking a writing class and was blessed enough to have a teacher that was a editor for thirty years at a large Philly newspaper who has taken a liking to me and has began to help me edit my work.

I have also been putting it out there, speaking as if it is already a New York Times bestselling book. Saying it to my friends and on my Facebook and in my blog, knowing that I am putting it out in the universe.

Well yesterday I didn't want to go to church, I wanted to go to a jazz concert but something told me to go,so I listened and went. We had a guest speaker that was talking about how she wrote a children's book and how it got published. She said that she never thought it would be possible but she just trusted and gave it to God. Afterwards Bishop said God wanted him to give a message to someone sitting in church. He said "God told me there is a writer here and he wants you to know yes, you can do it, you need to tell your story. There was a reason you went through that dark season of your life, so that you may have a testimony and you need to write it to inspire others and let them know that with God's help all things are possible. Dont worry about the details of how it will be published, just have faith, put it out there and I will do the rest, just believe and it shall be"

Well...I went into the "ugly" cry this was my message, this is what I have been saying, this was my book he was talking about, I believe that with all my heart and soul! This book will open people's minds about verbal abusive and show that it can happen to women of all ages, colors, educational backgrounds, that it effects everyone. Maybe it's not you but it could be your friend, your sister or mother. I am now more motivated than ever to finish this book, I have no idea how it will get to be a New York Times bestseller but I know for sure it will be because God spoke to me!
There are many messages we get from God all the time, we just have to listen. God is speaking to you and no, your not crazy.
