The signs are all around you

The are signs all around us, every day there are signs from above and yet we still choose not to listen. Why is it that we can't imagine that we have angels and God giving us help from up above, why must we fight against it, poo poo it away. We are all given intuition, as little children we know who we like and who give us the creeps, we stay away from them, animals have the same instincts as well they can tell good from evil. What's the old saying, if you want to find out about a person watch your kids and animals reactions, its true. See when your young you don't know any better, you feel danger, it kicks in, there is someone that gives off bad vibes. They don't sensor it, they are untouched with bias we have as we get older. How many times have you gotten into a elevator with someone and gotten the creeps, your skin crawled, the hair on the back of your neck stood up, hello! If that is not a sign then I don't know what is. Years ago I needed surgery and for 2 weeks I had this dreaded feeling, a heaviness I couldn't shake, the morning of the surgery I walked around my home in every room, I touched my girls crib, I cried all the way to the hospital, I told my ex husband if something happens to me, remember I am a organ donor. He laughed, it was out patient surgery, I would be done in 15 minutes, stop already.Well the doctor cut my colon and I had to have 6 hours of surgery to fix it, I almost died twice and was in the hospital for 16 days. When I got out and told my dear friend Halley she looked at me and said "duhh that was your intertsion telling you something and you didn't listen!" She was right and guess what I listen now, you better believe if I get that feeling again, whether I am on a plane , in a elevator or where ever I am getting off, I am running. I am just a little slow when it comes to people, I had the signs for my ex husband they were all but slapping me in the face, I definitely had the signs with Mr.Con Artist but wanted to believe he had changed. Do not ignore the signs!! They are there to help you! You must take heed, open your eyes, listen, pay attention to your heart, your body. There are other signs, I remember when I first started this spiritual walk I was talking with my best friend she was in a book store and we were talking about her direction of life when just then a book fell off the shelf and hit her in the head, yup it was a book about what we had been talking about. When the job you are taking doesn't feel right, when the deal your doing feels off, there are many times, your gut is telling you things. Could it really be a coincidence? Okay how about when your thinking about something in the car driving and a song comes on? Do you blow that off to? When your talking about something and every time you turn around you see something in reference to it, really just coincidence? We are taught not to listen to the voice inside, don't you will be rude, he's a nice man stop that, why are you afraid, there's nothing to be afraid of, yes there is!! And God gave you that for a reason, we need to follow our gut feelings, know we can trust them, they will keep us safe and out of harms way. So the next time you get a gut feeling listen, pay attention to the red flags the next time you get into a relationship, believe me they will always be there,don't justify them, just cut your losses and run, period!
