Until.... The best word in the universe 

Every morning I have a routine, when I first wake up I give thanks to God for waking me up and for all I have. Then while I am getting ready and on my way to the gym, I listen to motivational YouTube videos. 

It's what gets my day started, giving thanks, listening to a moving word and getting my ass moving on the treadmill, this is my perfect start to my mornings.

So this morning I was listening to Jim Rohr as he was giving a seminar. He asked "How long would you give your baby to learn how to walk?"

He went on to say that people said "What are you crazy? What kind of time limit would you give a baby to learn how to walk?" 

Of course can you ask any mother and they would say "Until they learn, duh!"

Until, it's a funny word, it's an amazing word that means you are going to keep going. It means you're not going to give up, it means that you are going to read that book until you get it. It means that you're going to go to those seminars until you grasp it. You're going to study until you learn it, it means you're not going to give up until it's done! Don't miss the chance to learn, to grow or to chance. If you give up too soon you will never know what you could have been, what you could have done or achieved.

Ask yourself, have you done all you can? Did you get back up after you got knocked down? Or did you keep fighting until you had nothing left, not even one drop of energy left?

Or did you give up because it was too hard?

So many people want the prize without the title fight. They want the belt without putting in the endless training. If you read my blog you know I am a huge boxing fan and I give a lot of boxing references because it's true. Boxers train, they run, they study others training styles, they watch what they eat. They eat, sleep and become boxing, that is how they become a champ. No one is just going to hand them a belt, they will have to be knocked down many times. They will be beaten to a pulp until they get better but trust and believe they will not quit, not until....

Until they win the golden gloves, Until they get to their title fight... Until they are holding the belt up in the air hearing Michael Buffer say "The new heavyweight champion of the world is....."

He will not quit, not until that day...

So today my friends, let me ask you, how many of you gave up too soon? Threw in the towel when it got tough? Yelled uncle when you got knocked down? You could have had the belt but you quit too soon.

My advice to you out there that say to me "Well, your not a New York times bestselling author or your dreams are too big, when are you going to give it up already" 

My answer is until...

Until I am....

Until I reached my dreams....

Until I'm dead.... 

Until.... is the best word in the universe...

Until I do it....

"Be the change you want to see"
