Not believing what you're seeing 

I don't understand what is going on in today's world. People pretending to be something they aren't on social media. People with their heads up their ass pretending not to see that our rights are being taken away. People ignore the signs of global warming and the effects it is having on our earth. Hello people! We need to be more aware and more involved in the world.

We can't pretend these things aren't going on and hope they go away. They will not! We need to be actively involved with our world, with our neighborhoods, hell, with our own children. We must speak out about injustice whether it is our cause or not. Because if we don't, there will be no one to speak out for us.

No one spoke out against Hilter. They thought we weren't Jewish, we aren't union laborers, and that this isn't about us. But it's all of humanity's rights that are up for grabs. And just like in the holocaust, people waited until it was too late. We need to be a voice for our brothers and sisters in this world. We need to stand up and speak out about injustice for all people, not just the ones that look like us or believe in the same things we do.

So today, my friends remember, all of our rights are threatened each and every day. We must stand up for one another. Especially in the United States of America, where our land was built on free rights for all. And even though it may have looked good on paper, it was not the case. But even still, this is our constitutional rights, and we must stand up for them and for everyone. You don't like what you see, then be the change you want to see.
