Killing innocent people 

This is from CNN about the recent attacks on Israel.

The large-scale surprise attack by Gaza militants on Israel on Saturday has left hundreds of Israelis dead, prompting a lethal volley of retaliatory Israeli airstrikes and a formal declaration of war on Sunday.

“Citizens of Israel, we are at war – not in an operation, not in rounds – at war,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video message shortly after the militant group Hamas, which controls the coastal enclave of Gaza, fired a barrage of rockets and sent gunmen into Israel in a multi-pronged and unprecedented attack in the long-running conflict.

Over a thousand people have died so far, with more than 700 Israelis killed under the Hamas assault and more than 400 Palestinians dead as Israel pounds Gaza with airstrikes. Still unknown are the fates of at least 100 hostages, including Israeli soldiers, that Hamas says it captured.

This is crazy. The world has gone crazy with these attacks. It's bad enough that these countries have been against each other for years but to blatantly come into a country and kill innocent women and children. To rape and behead people and then post it on social media has gone too far.

You want to fight it out. Both sides should take your ass's out to the desert and fight each other. Hand to hand combat like they used to do back in the days. But of course, everyone needs bigger guns now, bigger missiles, no one has any balls like they did years ago. 

This has nothing to do with innocent people. Hundreds of children have lost their parents, and now have a lifetime of horror to remember and for what? So, one side can prove what? That they are low life's, that they have no morals or hearts? So they can brag about what they have done on social media? 

In the bible, they talk about World War 3, and this may be it. But then would we learn anything? Like the other 2 wars? No, we have learned nothing except how to do it in a more spectacular way online.

These are someone's mother's, father's, siblings, and children, and yet they have no remorse about doing what they did. I can not watch what is going on, but I also can not bury my head in the sand like so many did while Hitler was doing these same things. We as a world must get involved for the sake of these innocent people. Who were just living their lives, and then their world shattered. 

So today, my friends, I leave you with this bone-chilling quote that we all need to remember because it can happen to you when you stay silent.

First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
