So There's No Climate Change Huh?

I can't believe there are people out here who don't believe that there is no climate change. Do you live in this world?

We have had more natural disasters in the last 25 years than any other time in history. Massive Floodings, wildfires, tornados, and hurricanes in areas never seen before.

That is because the world is getting hotter. According to the IPCC’s sixth assessment report on the state of our climate, the past decade is likely to have been the hottest period in the last 125,000 years. The IPCC assessment also concluded that 2016-20 was the hottest five-year period recorded since at least 1850.

Also, a whopping 750 billion tons of ice is melting every year due to global warming, according to The World Counts. That means 24,000 tons of melting water are being added to the world’s oceans every second.

And in case you don't believe it, an international panel of scientists, backed by the UN, has suggested that climate change plays an increasing role in driving species to extinction. Dozens of species of plants and animals go extinct each day – nearly 1,000 times the natural rate. By mid-century, as many as 30-50% of the species on Earth will have disappeared.

According to the Climate Science Special Report, extreme weather events are occurring much more often. Stats show that the number of high-temperature events in the U.S. has increased and continues to increase, and the number of low-temperature events has decreased.

So today my friends, I am here to tell you we need to do something about this, otherwise we or our children or grandchildren will not survive. Whether you want to believe it or not it's happening. Just look around every day and you will see some natural disaster that is happening. We never saw hurricanes in New York, or snow in the southern states like Florida. All of the floods we saw this year in the east and the wildfires in the west are just getting worse and worse. We must open our eyes to what is going on and like I say at the end of every blog only you can be the change you want to see.
