My Story, Tell It How It Actually Was.

Look, we all have our own version of our story. We all see things from our own perspective. How we feel because we were hurt. I know that for years I blamed my ex fiancee for not being there for me when my best friend was killed. Years later when I wrote my book and gave him an advanced copy he came back and said “That's not what happened, that is your version of what happened” He went on to say “You left me, and then you expected me to be there for you while I was barely trying to get through the day of getting over you” 

I never saw it that way. I was hurt and only saw it from my point of view. From my pain. So I get it but there comes a time in your life when you need to own your own shit. Just like I did in this situation. I apologized, I owned that I made a mistake because yes, I couldn't see it from his point of view, I only saw it through my pain instead.

But to never own your own shit and 15 years later to still go around and tell your lies to anyone that will listen is beyond pathetic. To be mad that I am telling my truth because it doesn't make you look good….Well, I am sorry if you wanted to look better, you should have been better or did better. 

At first I wanted to put you on blast. I wanted to show the world the proof I have that would have destroyed the lies you told about me. But instead I have said nothing, because I know the truth. I know and others know who you really are and that is all that matters. 

Live your lie, tell your lies if that makes you feel better but we both know the truth. And others now see you for who you truly are, the version I've been speaking about for years. 

So no, I don't need to call you out, and I don't need to post the receipts I have because it doesn't matter, you will continue to live your lie even if I did. This lie is between you and God or whatever you believe in. 

What lies in the dark eventually comes to light, all on its own. 

So today my friends, let them tell their lies, let them put you down, let them tell their version of their pain. At the end of day the truth will come out. Your version will come to the light and all will see. Until then you keep owning your own shit, keep growing, and know no matter how much time goes by the truth will always prevail.
