They Suspending Social Media Accounts If You Speak Out About ICE

Yes, you heard that right. They are suspending social media accounts if you speak out against ICE. 

Are you still saying we live in a free country? 

When the government can sue and shut down newspapers and television stations because they are putting out the truth. When the idiot in charge can call to take off late night talk show hosts because he doesn't like the jokes they are saying, are you kidding?

Is this freedom? 

Will you speak out now?

Now they can shut down your social media account because you obviously can't have freedom of speech in our country anymore. 

Is this freedom? Many of my posts have been taken down with no way to protest about them, just like too bad we don't like what you are saying.

So when will you speak out?

When they are trying to pass a bill that says you are a domestic terrorist if you belong to a Facebook group that informs you of protesting or if you protest. You are now a domestic terrorist and they will arrest you and send you off to one of their “for profit” prisons or their Natzi concentration camps. 

Is this freedom? 

When will you speak up?

When they are trying to pass a bill that says you must have 2 forms of IDs, your birth certificate that matches your government ID (that counts out most married women) or a passport which now costs like 200 dollars or more.  

Do you know that more than half of people in the United States don't have one or can't afford one. 

Is this freedom? 

When will you speak up? 

When they are taking away women's rights to their bodies 

(Yeah, we already know you didn't speak up then) 

Now they want to not allow women to get mortgages on their own or jobs that they are qualified for. Yes we are going back to the 50s people! 

Is this freedom?

Will you speak up now?

Or rights for the LGBTQ community, same sex marriages or Healthcare for them. 

Is this freedom or just not your freedoms? 

When will you speak out? 

For the killing and arresting not just the “criminal immigrants” they said they were going after but now legal immigrants “doing it the right way”.  

But that's okay with you because they are brown?

Is this freedom?

When will you speak out?

How about when they are killing people in cold blood in our streets, American people. 

People who were standing up for their legal rights? Killed in cold blood for the world to see.

Is this freedom?

When will you speak out for them? 

Because they are now you. Yes, see how this works. When you dont speak out for others rights, when they come for you who will speak out for yours? No one because there is no one left. 

So today my friends I am here to say I will continue to speak out. If they arrest me or kill me, know that I will be fighting not just for my rights, my daughters rights but for everyone's rights. This is all of our fight. 

We must fight together. 

We must be on the right side of history. 

Start today to be the change you want to see.
