You have no idea what your legacy will be

Maya Angelou said these very words to Oprah Winfrey.

Oprah said later on that this changed her life. She thought when she opened her school for girls that this would be her legacy.

Maya Angelou said "You will never know what your legacy will be. You never know how many people who watched your show, that you've touched, that your words have touched. How many people lost weight, left bad relationships, stop doing destructive things, these millions of people that you touched and changed, is your legacy"

Your legacy is bigger than you can even imagine, it's every life that you have touched. It's every kind word that you said to a person that made their day or encouraged them. It's the things you said that helped them change their ways. Your legacy is inspiring others to think they they could do it because they saw you do it. Your legacy is wanting to change the world one small step at a time. You have no idea how many people you will touch in your lifetime.
Your legacy is every life you touch.

It's how you use your life to be a light to someone else's. How you use your work to be an expression of your purpose for other's.

You need to realize that no matter where you come from, your life could be greater than what you come from.

Connect yourself to the source, God or whatever you call it.  Connect and you will know than anything is possible for you.
Answer to your own truth, know who you are, what your purpose is.

Your life is always speaking to you, if you are willing to listen, you will see that God is speaking to you. Pay attention to everything, there is always lessons there.

Remember that everyone has something to say that is valuable to someone else.
Turn your wounds into wisdom, to teach someone else.

Live your true passion, live your life from a point of truth, be your true self and you will connect with others.

So today my friends remember everyday, every word, every kind gesture is your legacy that you will leave behind.
The fact that you are here matters, the fact that you have a purpose matters, it is preparing you to touch other's in ways you never know...
That is your legacy.

This is my legacy, my writing, my words that I do everyday and it doesn't matter if I have a million followers, if I touch one person, that is what matters. If I can inspire one person not to give up, if one person says because of you I kept going, that will be my greatest gift in my life, that will be my legacy, so what is yours?

Choose wisely.
