I Stand With You…

So I watched the hearings with Pam Bondi where the victims stood and she wouldn't even acknowledge them. She made all kinds of excuses. When pressed by Rep. Pramila Jayapal to turn around and apologize directly to the victims for the "intentional or careless release of their personal information," Bondi refused, calling the demand "theatrics".

Her department, the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) handling of documents that were released that exposed their personal information yet she would not take responsibility for it. This is her job to protect people's rights and yet she did everything to deflect and to basically spit in their victims face. Going on and on about what a great president her orange turd of a boss was. 

And people wonder why more victims don't come forward? Seriously this is why, because people out there just want to victimize them again. That men in powerful positions will be believed or buy their way out of it and on goes the cycle. You have no idea what it feels like to be violated, beaten, belittled, sexual assaulted or brutally raped and then after all that made to feel like somehow it was your fault. It must have been the clothes you wore, or the things you said. You must have wanted it. Not that you were the adult in the situation or that you couldn't control yourself and keep it in your pants. That couldn't possibly be the reason, so let's blame the victims. This country is unbelievable and sickening and if you're okay with what's going on, then you are part of the problem.

I dont give a flying fuck if they are Democrats or Republicans or King's or Presidents or your neighbor next door. I don't give a rat's ass if they are Black or White, Christian or Muslim, lock them all up. What part of that don't you get! These are sick individuals who need to be locked up. All of them. Release all of it and then do the right damn thing! 

So today my friends and especially to the victims out there, just know we are here for you. We believe your stories because we have been there. We feel your pain because it is our pain as well. Don't give up, we will make sure justice is done. We will fight for you when you think you can no longer fight. This is for all of us! All of us who years later have this still affect our lives. We stand with you. 

We all need to be the change we want to see.
