Music is universal love

Music is love with sound. Music can bring us together. It can change your mood. 

It can bring back memories.

It can make you feel better about yourself and about life. Music can bring us together as a community, as a country, and as a world.

This is what music does and this is what the Superball was trying to teach us. The Superball is made of all types of people, Black, White, and Spanish and all colors of Brown. So it's natural that every year a different type of music is showcased there on the country's biggest stage.

This year instead of embracing something different many people tried to divide us yet again. He wasn't “white” enough, and they even said he wasn't American. 

Sorry, I had to stop laughing to continue to write.

It didn't matter if you didn't know the words, you didn't have to; that is the magic of music. Your soul feels it and it is moved. I can appreciate all types of music just because it touches my soul. But so many people are so closed minded and made this into yet again something racist.  

We need to open our minds and our hearts to different music, to different cultures, and to different people. This is how we learn, this is how we open our minds and grow. That is why people who travel are more open minded because they are willing to try new things and learn new cultures. 

Bad Bunny tried to show what is truly important. Hard work, community, love and family. That was the message of his music even if you couldn't understand the words he painted the picture for you. He included flags from countries, for the people who came here to make a better life and are Americans now. This was what America used to be, a place for everyone. 

So today my friends let us never forget that we are a melting pot. Different cultures make us better. 

We need to come together and music is the universal language of love. And like Bad Bunny showed us, the only thing more powerful than hate is love and together we are America.

Let's all be the change we want to see.
