Strong People Stand Up For Themselves. But Stronger People Stand Up For Others.

So today's question is which one are you? Are you strong for yourself or do you stand up for others? Ask yourself what would you have done if you lived in Germany during the Natzi regime? Would you have helped? Would you have done something, anything to help another human being that was being hunted down? Would you have spoken out? Well if you are not doing anything right now, you wouldn't have done anything then.

What? Did I hit a nerve? Don't pretend to be a good person or worse yet a good Christian if you think it's okay to take away food from children who can't afford lunch at school. Or people who desperately need medical care but can't afford it. Or veterans who put their lives on the front lines for your freedoms but you think it's okay to cut their funds. Or seniors who worked their whole lives to get hardly anything back and have to choose between the astronomical bill for their medications or food. 

If none of that touches your black heart, then what about children, little children that are being held in cages with inadequate food or care just because the Natzi regime here in the United States of America grabbed their parents. Their parents who were trying to do the right thing to get in our country. But this government does not care. They are clearly not after the illegal criminals. 

No, let's be real, they are after all brown skin people here. How about the all the teenages who are getting raped and pregnant in these concentration camps? No, no sympathy for them either right? Oh, it's because they are brown or I know, it's because they are illegal...so you say, because then all of these crimes are okay?

If you are still backing this administration and you think all of this is okay then don't ever say you are a good person and definitely do not say you are a Christian. You are neither. You are just as complicit as the ones doing it. You would have been with the Natzi team back then. Let's be real.  

See stronger people fight for others. It doesn't matter if they don't have the same skin color, or if they are illegal, they are human beings first and foremost. No one should ever be treated like this. And no one in their right mind should allow it to continue if they can do something about it. 

So today my friends remember going through hard times shouldn't have made you hard, it should give you compassion for others who are suffering like you did. You want to be stronger? Then stand up for someone who doesn't have a voice. What makes you stronger is looking back and giving someone a hand up. 

What legacy do you want to leave? This is up to you, what will they write about you in the history books? Only you can be the change you want to see.
