Thinking Positive 

So for today's feel good Friday I want to talk about being positive. I am a firm believer in your thoughts being connected to your actions. Meaning that you can manifest things with your mind. 

Look if you are constantly saying I can't do this, I am stupid or this will never happen, you're not going to try and so of course it never will happen. But if you are always looking at the glass half full instead of half empty, you have that energy you are putting out there. You know that nothing will stop you from getting what you want. You believe anything is possible, and that is truly a positive attitude. 

Even in my darkest days in my horrible abusive marriage I believed that I was going to be free. I envisioned my new home, full of my friends, laughter and joy. I knew what it was going to look like in every single room. I had a vision board, and I dreamt I was there, living this amazing life.When I tell you it was so real, I could feel it. 

I never let in thoughts that this wouldn't happen. And yes, I am human and I would ask God when but never thought it wouldn't happen. I believed, I had faith, I wished this life into insistence. I bought things for my “new home” that I didn't have because I knew I would sooner or later. 

I was always positive, always believing in the good. 

So today my friends remember if you can't believe your cup is half fill, if you don't believe anything good will come to you, I am here to tell you it won't. You have to be your own biggest cheerleader. You have to believe in yourself and your dreams. You have to keep thinking positive.

You must be the change you want to see.
