Broken for a cause

I have to say everytime I need a message, I pray about it and God gives it to me. On the way to church yesterday I prayed that he would give me a word.

I've been down, I've been tired and I have thought maybe all of this is in vain, that maybe my season is never going to come.
Basically I've been in a funk for months now and really needed a word. Well, I got it with this one.

See a lot of us dont realize that our brokenness is there for a lesson, yet we try to avoid it, we don't want it. We want a perfect life, free of drama and of hurt.
But it is the wisdom and the strength we get from our brokenness that makes us better.
Yet, it is not until you hit rock bottom that you give it up to him.
Who are you going to call when you have no one else? It's always God, we all call out to him in our darkest days.

I remember when I hit rock bottom, I tired to do it all on my own but here I was on my knees. Crying out for help, for his help. Even when I turned my back on him, when I cursed him, when I no longer believed, it was in my darkest moment, that I turned to him.

We think why does God allow this to happen to us?
We call out to him, why God why?
So many people miss their purpose, in their brokenness, they miss the calling of God.

Jesus even said he didnt like what was going on, he even asked why have you forsaken me? It was even hard for him in human flesh.
But he knew God was using him, he knew God had a bigger plan, that through his pain, good would come out of it.

Grow though your brokenness, then you will grow self confidence that you were made wonderfully, in his eyes.

You cannot have faith if there is no chaos, if there is no drama in your life.
Thank God for your moutiains, thank him for your valleys. Thank him for your issues, for in your problems comes great sucesss. Yes, God allows pain, but it is always for your gain.

It's amazing to see how God uses you during your pain. Yet, We resist the process, we panic, we ask him to reveal himself to us but we don't want to go through what we have to, to get to him.

We aak God for a lot of things but we are not prepared to go through the fire to get them. We don't realize that we are closest to God in our brokenness.
Some people think that they are incapable of moving past their hurts.
That these situations are there to weaken you and not for your growth.
You have allowed your brokenness to paralyze you, to take you to your knees crying out in pain before you will learn your lesson.

See the world has yet to see the real you, there are so many gifts in the inside of you, he has used all of your brokenness so you can be the best you can be, the best he intended you you to be.

Sometimes you feel powerless and they try to pressure you in every area of your life and you think you can't take it anymore. Then here comes God, giving you a message and in my case has to throw in my bible verse so I will know without a doubt that this message was for me

Romans 8.28
All things work together for good.
For those who are called according to his purpose.

It's always a word I need to hear, he is always a on time God, maybe just not mine time. Yes, I am learning that as well.

Your not always going you have peace, that everything is going to go well.
It's all of it together, that God uses for you good.

You will miss lives teachable moments to become a better person if you are not looking for the lessons.
So many people missed their teachable moments in life because they are so caught up in their pain.
He uses the breakup so he can perfect in you, your self worth. He uses the drama of life to perfect himself in you. But you have to pass the next class! You have to learn your lessons, you have to graduate first.

Life's experiences are opportunities to grow in your life. You need to reajust your thinking, he won't do it unless it is for a purpose.
Success can emerged out of failure, he will break you, to achieve this.
You are an empowered person of God, dont come out empty handed in this life.
Your brokenness is to make you better and not bitter. Your brokeness is too empower others, to pull others out ....

All of your brokenness is designed for your good and he shows himself when you cannot find yourself.
When you cant make sense of where he is, when you feel like your taking 2 steps forward and 4 steps backwards. When nothing makes sense, he will show himself.
Please don't think for one minute that you are broken for nothing, it is for a cause, for his glory.

Every day I thank him for every moutain I had to climb, I thank him for everyone who hurt me, who did me wrong. I thank him for everyone who said I couldn't do this.

So today my friends, if you will start looking at your brokeness like this, when you start looking for the lessons, you will no longer look at your brokeness the same way.
