Every good and perfect gift comes from God 

I know that some of you don't believe this, some of you may not feel my Monday messages, that they may not move you. Some of you think I should stay in "my lane" to just inspire you and not talk about my faith.

See, I can't tell you how I got here without telling you about my faith, without telling you who has gotten me here.

Whether you believe in God or you believe in something else, it doesn't matter, as I am all about whatever gets you through your day. But this is what gets me through mine, this is what saved my life, literally. This is what gets me through the storms, this crazy faith that keeps me in peace, that gives me the courage to go on. That tells me it will be okay when I am crying out "why me?" Or "when God, when?"

When I think I can no longer can go on, this faith gets me through.

We all need to know that God gives us a perfect gift. He gives us opportunities, he gives gifts, hopes and dreams. He gives of himself to you, over and over again.

He will move you to a place called destiny, it is in the gift that God has given me that I can go on, that I can inspire others.

"And I will give you Shepherds according to my heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding"

He will feed you, not just your stomach but your mind as well.

He's going to feed you with the knowledge of God, he will feed you with understanding. He will be there for you in your times of need, in your darkest moments when everyone else has left you, he will be there.

I know this as fact in my life, when I hit rock bottom, when my life was out of control and drugs and alcohol took over, he was there for me. When I gave it all to him, he took control, he gave me my life back. 

When I lost all those who I loved. When I hated my life and myself. When I only saw what my verbally abusive husband told me, he showed me what he saw. He showed me unconditional love, he told me to hold on that he had bigger dreams than I had for myself.

I cannot inspire you, telling you that this just comes from me, because it doesn't. This gift isn't mine, this gift came from him. This is his purpose, this passion came from him, it came from hitting rock bottom and letting it go. It came from knowing that I could no longer do this on my own. It came from getting rid of my Ego=Edging God out.

It came from admitting that I need him and it came from the gratefulness of all he's done for me. This is what I believe, I believe his word, so when he says:

"Then it shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land"

"It won't be long now, things are going to happen so fast your head will spin one thing on the heels of another. You won't be able to keep up"

"Everything will happen at once! 

And everywhere you look there will be a blessing"

Yes, these are his words and I believe him, even when that dream seems impossible, even when it feels like I'm been holding on forever, even when I am tired and want it now, I realize that this is on his time and not mine. My job is to believe, my job is to trust him, my job is to listen to his word and to know that he is not a man that he should lie.

So today my friends, I am here to tell you that God has many gifts for you, that he has plans for you, plans you could not even dream and that every good and perfect gift comes from him.... all you have to do is believe.
